Assessment requests
The form collects company, name, email, scope and a description of your need to process your request. Requests are stored in the project database and are accessible only to explicitly assigned reviewers. The form does not send an automatic email notification.
Accounts and engagement documents
The client workspace uses an email address, an authentication session and organization membership. Uploaded documents and application information support the relevant engagement. Avoid patient data, secrets and unnecessary personal information.
Cookies and preferences
The reapp_locale cookie remembers French or English for one year. Session cookies support authentication. No advertising tracker has been added to this journey. Security cookies used by the hosting provider depend on its configuration.
Providers and location
Vercel runs the website; Supabase provides authentication and application data services. The current technical setup is not a guarantee of EU-only hosting. Processing locations and contractual safeguards must be confirmed for each engagement.
Data requests
For information, access, correction or deletion requests, contact olivier@interface-trust.com with your account or request reference. Do not send a password.
Required validation
The controller’s identity, legal bases, retention periods, contractual subprocessor list and transfer safeguards need completion and validation. This notice describes the current journey and does not by itself attest GDPR compliance.
